Down a quiet road, Villa Joty rests on a 2 stages land property. The 2 floored main building is on the higher stage. The ground floor is composite of an expansive living room with a complete TV set (Satellite TV, DVD, VCD, VCR) with two coffee tables surrounded by comfortable sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the second teak-wood floor, the superb master bedroom has its king size bed viewing the facing rice paddies through the windowed partition separating the balcony with the room.

The master ensuite bathroom features a bathtub and two separated showers for maximum convenience. A second queen sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom is next to the study room giving on the Jacuzzi in the rear patio. A computer, fax, and international phone are available for guest use.
